Grace Inspired Living is a compassionate, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates a network of faith-based continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and senior living facilities, based in beautiful Bucks County, PA. We offer a wide range of flexible independent living options, ensuring comprehensive support is always within reach. Our holistic, multi-tiered approach to caring for and enriching the lives of older adults focuses on the well-being of mind, body and spirit. This allows our senior residents to thrive in a nurturing environment where they can build meaningful connections and enjoy retirement life to the fullest.

Our History

Grace Inspired Ministries was formed in 2017 through the affiliation of Lutheran Community at Telford and The Community at Rockhill.

Our name honors the faith identities of both communities and our shared mission of using the gifts we have received to serve others as faithful stewards of God’s grace.

In 2023, we rebranded to Grace Inspired Living to expand our mission and offerings to the greater community.
