The Lutheran Community at Telford’s Rehabilitation Services is a unit within our Skilled Nursing neighborhood. Through careful evaluation and planning, the goal is to maximize independence and function of daily living. A variety of services are available including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech / language pathology.

Programs are designed for individuals who need rehab for the following types of conditions:

• Post-operative Orthopedic
• Post-surgical Recovery
• Cardiac Rehabilitation
• Chronic and Acute Pain Management
• Neurological and Balance Impairments
• Musculoskeletal Injury
• Swallowing and Cognitive Deficits
• Services available to both Lutheran Community residents and individuals of the outside community.
