The Lutheran Community at Telford’s Rehabilitation Services is a unit within our Skilled Nursing neighborhood. Through careful evaluation and planning, the goal is to maximize independence and function of daily living. A variety of services are available including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech / language pathology.
