COVID-19 Updates

As a reminder, please do not visit your loved one if you have any of the following symptoms: new or increased nasal congestion, new or increased cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, fever or headache.

If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID within the last 10 days, please DO NOT visit.

All visitors to Personal Care and the Healthcare Center(s) must check in at the main entrance of the respective community. If there are positive cases in our Personal Care or Healthcare areas, signs will be posted at entrances alerting visitors to proceed with caution. You may still visit your loved one. Masks are currently optional and available in the main lobby of each community. If there are any changes in masking policies, this will be indicated on the signs.

COVID-19 Vaccine Information for our Communities: We continue to hold periodic COVID-19 Vaccine clinics for any and all interested or new residents and staff.

We held our first Vaccination Clinics for our Independent Living residents in February 2021. Wellness Pharmacy Services were at The Community at Rockhill on Tuesday, February 9th, and the Lutheran Community at Telford on Thursday, February 4th. The first dose of the Moderna vaccine was administered at both. The second clinics were held in early March of 2021.

Dear Residents, Family Members, Staff, Volunteers and Friends of our Communities,

Grace Inspired Ministries and our communities – the Community at Rockhill and Lutheran Community at Telford – have always been dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of our residents, team members, volunteers and visitors. In March 2020, we began developing our COVID-19 guidelines and procedures with that same commitment and continue to update them as necessary. We work actively within the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) along with guidance from the PA Department of Health and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Please visit each community’s COVID-19 Information Page for the most up-to-date guidelines and news.

We continue to monitor and assess the situation as information adjusts. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us provide the safest environment for all our residents.

On behalf of the entire management team of Grace Inspired Ministries and our affiliates, I would like to thank you for your understanding throughout this ever-changing situation.

Sincerely,

Dan McKee
