She especially enjoys painting scenes from the local countryside with the many barn and farmlands. she is self taught after taking a few local watercolor classes to get started in this medium. She has won numerous awards for her work.
The beauty and complexity of the natural world has provided Donna Steich with much of her inspiration over the last 10 years as a watercolor artist. Her work has been included recently in several area shows including the Audubon show in Mill Grove. A native Pennsylvanian, she divides her time between Telford and the Endless Mountains.
